Applicants into our elementary or middle school program who have previously attended another school will need to provide us with a teacher recommendation, prior school contact information, and school records. We will discuss enrollment with both the prospective student and the parent or guardian of the applicant.
Children are accepted into Kindergarten based on their readiness and their age. Children who are not 5 years of age by September 30, will be considered for admittance on a case-by-case basis.
For preschool enrollment, children are generally three to five years of age. Occasionally, we can enroll students in the preschool class who are 2.5 years by September 30 if they are potty-trained and show readiness as assessed by the Director, teachers, and parents.

2012 – 2013 TUITION and FEES
Middle School (6th-7th grade) Enrollment at $6,800 annual tuition.
Upper & Lower Elementary (K-5th grade), & Kindergarten Enrollment at $5,820 annual tuition
Primary Class (preschool ages) Five half days at $3,550 annual tuition.
Primary Class (preschool ages) Three half days at $2,800 annual tuition.
Primary Class (preschool ages) Two half days at $1,950 annual tuition.
Application Fee: A complete application and non-refundable $50 processing fee are required for all prospective MSCS students. Applications are accepted year-round, however, openings are generally announced in March or April for the next school year. Early applications are strongly recommended.
Each year there is one-time supply fee for each student that ranges from $25 in the preschool class up to $100 in the kindergarten and elementary classes. In addition, there are periodic field trip fees dependent on where the class is going. Parents will generally be given notice at least one week in advance of field trips and necessary fees.
Tuition Payment Schedule
Ten percent (10%) of the total tuition is due at the time of enrollment or re-enrollment. This first payment is non-refundable and secures your child’s spot in a class for the upcoming academic year. The remaining tuition balance is paid in nine equal monthly installments (each equal to 10% of the total tuiton), beginning August 1 for students in kindergarten through elementary and Sept. 1 for preschool students.
Families who pay their balance in full by August 1 are eligible for a discount.
Families with two or more children enrolled at MSCS receive 20% discount off the second child’s tuition. This discount applies to tuition only.
